For Pick up, please call Purolator at 1-888-744-7123 and a virtual assistant will answer , say “Schedule a pick up” and follow the prompts.
For Drop Off, use the below link to access Purolator’s website and find a shipping centre closest to your location.
Once the package is picked up, you will receive tracking information by email from notificaitons@purolator.com . Make sure you check your junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. All packages should be delivered within 1 business day within Canada except for weekends and holidays.
