Mobile Armour Device Protection provides extended warranty for your smartphone up to two years. It covers up to two accidental damages each year at a minimum service fee. It also covers Express Replacement of your phone if it is non-repairable.

What is covered?

When am I covered?

Your device protection is activated on the next business day of your purchase date.

How am I billed?

You can choose between one time charge or monthly charge depending on the phone model.

How many repairs are included?

Unlimited repairs during the 24 months period.

Are there any deductible fees?

For iPhones, there is  a service fee of $29 for each service request. For Express Replacement Service, the fee is $129 (iPhone). For Samsung phones, there is a service fee of $79 for each service request. For Express Replacement Service, the fee is $79 (Samsung).

What is the duration of the protection plan?

24 months from the plan activation date.

What happens if I used all my eligible repairs?

You can submit a new repair request and you will get a discounted repair fee depending on repair type.

Can I transfer my device protection plan to another device?

Yes, you are allowed to do a one-time transfer to a newer phone. If the device protection price of the new phone is greater, you will pay the difference only.

Can I cancel my device protection plan?

If you have not used any service request you can cancel the plan anytime and the mobile armour plan ceases to be effective immediately. If you already submitted up to 2 service requests in 12 months period, you can cancel the device protection plan at the end of the 12 months.

What happens if I decide to cancel the device protection?

If you cancel, then you are not able to use your eligible repairs.

What if my phone is not repairable?

If your phone is not repairable, we will replace it with a similar phone model of the same condition (new or refurbished).

What if my original device was replaced by the manufacturer due to malfunction, will the new device have protection?

Yes but you have to call us and update the new device info. The new device will be covered for the remaining duration of the original plan.

Where do I go to repair my device?

Schedule an appointment at www.repairmedics.ca or call us at 647-547-6012. You can ask for a Technician to come onsite and fix it on the spot or you can come to one of our locations.

Do you provide onsite service?

Yes, we are the first to start the mobile onsite service for phone repairs. We come to you in our equipped truck and fix your phone.

How long does the device repair take?

It takes approximately between 30 to 45 minutes.

What is the quality of the parts that you use in repairs?

We use genuine parts for all repairs.

Is there any warranty on the repair?

Yes, all our parts have lifetime warranty except if caused by liquid or physical damage.
